How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to My Account → Billing → Manage Billing. You can cancel anytime; access stays active until the end of the billing period.
What file formats are accepted for resumes?
We accept PDF, DOC, and DOCX files up to 2 MB.
How do I change my password?
Go to My Account → Profile → Change Password.
