We are a boutique floral studio known for exceptional design, thoughtful service, and a commitment to excellence in everything we do. Serving the Tampa Bay community seven days a week, we take pride in creating beauty that truly matter

The Opportunity

We are seeking a confident, organized, and service-minded Blooming Lead to help guide our retail and office operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys supporting a team, maintaining high standards, and ensuring daily operations flow smoothly. You will help shape the customer experience while upholding the quality and presentation our brand is known for.

Most team members work approximately 7-hour workdays (with extended hours during major floral holidays). We value individuals who remain attentive and focused during work hours to best support our customers and one another.

Because we operate seven days a week (closed on major holidays), flexibility — including weekend availability — is essential. This is not a traditional 9–5 position.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily retail and administrative operations
• Mentor, train, and support team members
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and product care
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Support visual presentation and merchandising
• Coordinate order fulfillment and delivery logistics
• Assist with payroll preparation (staff & contract drivers)
• Manage team and contractor scheduling

What You Bring

• 2+ years retail experience (floral preferred)
• Leadership or key-holder experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfort with POS systems and basic office tools
• Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced setting
• Consistent availability, including weekends
• No allergies to floral materials
• A genuine appreciation for flowers and design
